Service Satisfaction

It is  important to me that you love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied after our appointment, please notify me within 7 days and I will be happy to make any minor adjustments that align with our original consultation.

cancelation policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur.

To best service all guests, cancellation and no show policies are as follows: 

*All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to allow me to fill the appointment time.

*Any cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will require 25% of the cancelled appointment service price. If any no call/no show occurs,  50% of the missed appointment service price, will be required in order to book another appointment.

*If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. If you arrive15 minutes past your appointment time or later, we may have to alter your service (i.e. no blow dry, cut, etc) or reschedule.
